Suggested Use

Take 1 or more pumps by mouth 30 minutes before bedtime, or as recommended by your health care provider. Provides 1mg melatonin per pump. Hold under tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing, or as directed. May be stirred into a small amount of water. Once opened, use within 180 days. Store away from light.
