General Shipping Policy
Digital downloads (such as eBooks) and other purchases that do not require shipping are available for download in most countries.
Digital downloads will be made available to you immediately after we receive your order. You can click the download link in your order confirmation email or log in to your account to view your orders.
Physical products can only be shipped to customers in the United States. At this time we are not able to offer shipping outside of the United States.
Items will either be shipped from our Colorado office. We are proud to offer free ground shipping for orders over $99, and $8.99 flat-rate shipping for orders $99 and under.
Most products ship within 2 – 5 business days and arrive within 7 – 10 business days. Please note that we are a small business and not a large warehouse, which means that we are not available to process or ship orders on weekends, evenings, or during certain holidays.
If there is an unexpected delay with any part of your order, we will contact you with the details. You always have the option to cancel or change your order at that time.
Please be aware that the estimated arrival time is based on the day we ship your order, not the date you place the order. If you place an order on an evening, weekend, Monday, holiday, or any time when we are out of the office, we will not be able to ship your package until our next open business day. In general, orders placed after 1:00 pm Mountain Time will not ship until the next open business day.
Please also be aware that we cannot be not liable for, and no refunds will be issued for, an order that is refused or abandoned by the recipient, an order that is not delivered due to an error in the address given to us, or an order that is refused or seized by any authorities.
We stand behind our products and want you to LOVE your purchase! However, we know that returns happen – and that’s okay!
If you are not happy with your product(s) for any reason, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your purchase to let us know your order number and which items you’d like to return. You don’t have to explain your reason for the return, but it helps us to serve our customers better if you share a little bit about why you’re not fully satisfied. We do require proof of purchase to honor a refund or exchange, and if you provide us your information when you check out, we will typically have a record of your purchase.
Once you send the item(s) back to us and we receive them, we will contact you and offer you a credit card refund or a store credit, minus the original shipping costs. You may also request an exchange, although additional shipping costs may apply to any exchanges that we ship out to you. If the product to be returned was sent due to our error, we will refund the product and the shipping charges.
Please note that if you are returning a product that was purchased as part of a bundle, we will give you a refund for the amount of the individual product price, plus a prorated portion of the original shipping cost.
The items do not need to be returned in the original box, but please note that we cannot be responsible for items that are lost, misdirected, or damaged during return shipping. Be sure to package the items carefully, pay for a trackable shipping method, and include your original receipt in your return package.
Digital downloads and eBooks that you purchase from our site are eligible for return and refund if we receive your request within seven days of the date of purchase. If a digital download does not perform as described, you may return it for a refund at any time. When a refund is granted, we’ll remove your access to the digital product and your money will be refunded. To submit a refund request, please email us at email@example.com.
If an eBook becomes corrupted or requires replacement during the normal course of use, you can re-download it from your account, or through the download link in your original order confirmation email.
Please understand that we’ve created these return and refund policies in good faith as a means of treating our customers fairly. However, we reserve the right to refuse refunds, exchanges, or future service to anyone who abuses this policy.
